Domaniqo is a software platform operated by NANA & MAMI COMPANY LIMITED ("NANA & MAMI", "we", "us", or "our"). References to "Domaniqo" throughout these Terms refer to the Domaniqo website, platform, products, and related services operated by NANA & MAMI COMPANY LIMITED.

1. Use of the Service

Domaniqo provides software and operational tools for property and hospitality management. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Customer Data

You retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and integrity of the data you enter into the platform, including booking data, staff data, guest data, and property data.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Interfere with platform operation, security, or performance
• Upload malicious code, harmful content, or unauthorized materials

5. Integrations and Third-Party Services

Some features may depend on third-party services such as messaging platforms, calendar feeds, booking channels, maps, or hosting providers. Domaniqo is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

6. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, design, and platform materials related to Domaniqo remain the property of Domaniqo or its licensors, unless stated otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domaniqo is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Domaniqo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the platform or other users.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Where an update materially affects an existing subscription, we will communicate it to you before it applies to your subscription.

11. Governing Principles

These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a commercially reasonable manner consistent with applicable law and the legitimate operation of the service.

12. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to Domaniqo's paid features requires a subscription. The subscription is billed monthly and renews automatically for a further month at the end of each billing period until it is cancelled. The fees that apply to your subscription are the fees shown on Domaniqo's pricing and checkout pages at the time you start the subscription, and they are presented to you before you complete your purchase; changes to those fees are governed by section 15 (Early Access and Pricing Changes). Domaniqo does not offer a public trial.

13. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period that is current when you cancel: your subscription remains available to you until the end of that period, and it does not renew for a further billing period after that.

14. Refunds

Amounts already paid for a billing period that has begun are not refunded on cancellation. This does not affect any refund required by applicable law, and it does not prevent Domaniqo from providing a refund for an erroneous or duplicate charge, or in any other case where Domaniqo chooses to do so.

15. Early Access and Pricing Changes

Domaniqo is offered during Early Access. Early Access features, functionality and pricing may evolve as Domaniqo develops. The Early Access offer is available for new subscriptions through 31 December 2026, and pricing for new subscriptions may change after that date, including from 1 January 2027.

A subscription started during Early Access does not end on that date: it continues on a monthly recurring basis until it is cancelled. Where a change to pricing, features or functionality will affect an existing subscription, we will communicate the change to you before it takes effect for your subscription, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
